You will find each recording gets to specific learning objectives.  We suggest you decide what behaviours or issues you want to address, then find and view the appropriate recording, paying attention to the lesson suggestions.  We give you some advice on how you want to approach the learning in each of the recordings.

If you want your supervisors to get practical TIPS and suggestions to deal with workplace harassment, bullying and discrimination at work, you’ll want to sign up for these 52 Weekly TIPS.  These emailed TIPS have substance, but they aren’t too long.  Each TIP gives information that is interesting, thought-provoking and practical.  At the end of every tip are 3 suggestions for any workplace leader, some specific, some general.  In every case these TIPS give information you want your workplace leaders to know about…in hopes of avoiding expensive and time-consuming problems, and improving your workplace.  When you sign up you get one TIP emailed per week, for a year.  Once you get the TIP, you can share them with others in your office.
