Harassment Training,Awareness Training
Do you realize how much inappropriate behaviour is costing your organization?
It is time to "Cut It Out!"

Yet how many people are willing to actually say this? "Cut it out!" How many organizations would be much better off if someone had said this …before the conflict, investigations, bad publicity, and lawyer's bills?

In this direct, educational and humorous presentation, former lawyer & employee relations specialist, Stephen Hammond, will reveal why workplace disasters are happening due to the actions of some entry-level employees all the way up to CEOs of the world's largest corporations.

We're in changing times, but because some people don't seem to get that, it causes an expensive ripple effect that can be only be contained when people are willing to say the right things. You will be motivated to speak up when no one else is willing to…and your organization will thank you for it.

What's included in this keynote?
- The incredible impact of mere words
- Solid reasons to change what we say and how we say it
- Pro-active steps we all must take to adapt
- Inspiring examples from those who stuck their necks out

Harassment Training,Awareness Training
Canadian leaders in the workplace and within organizations. Leaders find themselves in a world in which everyone seems to know their legal rights, but rarely has the courage to speak up in the moment – to avoid the need for legal or even formal intervention. While our country is changing and our culture is adapting to this change, we are still going through growing pains about what is acceptable behaviour and what is not.

In this keynote, people will be surprised with the words and behaviours that make their way to the courts. Lawyer-turned workplace discrimination and harassment specialist Stephen Hammond will have people gasping and then laughing at examples that take place daily in Canadian workplaces. In this presentation participants will become better educated on the need to watch the things we say, but more importantly to speak up when others need to "cut it out." For all the complexities we encounter, Stephen's simple and practical approach is a must for your organization

"After 20 years of public speakers I can say this is the best presentation I have ever had. This is not just for management, but for every human being.  One of the issues you discussed was racism. Even though I make an effort not to be racist, I was surprised by terms used casually that have racist meaning.  I shall bring the knowledge into my life to make me a better person, not just a better manager."
