My newsletters are meant to make people who supervise and manage - “leaders” - look at the complexities and difficulties of Canadian human rights in a way that is helpful.

The issues I address aren’t typical, and they aren’t in any way fluffy (“be nice”). People who receive them have found them to be educational and very thought provoking.
